YOUR ANSWER ARRIVED BEFORE HER LAST SENTENCE. Sound familiar? Try this everyday conversation. No score. No diagnosis. Just a chance to choose your next move.
01 THE MOMENT
She’s telling you about a hard day. You’ve already spotted three solutions. What do you say first?
◷ ABOUT A MINUTE · ALL ON THIS DEVICE Choose the next sentence A “Here’s what I would do.”↗ B “Want me to listen, help think it through, or both?”↗ C “That happened to me too.”↗
THE SERIES / DIFFERENT CHAPTERS, SAME CURIOSITY
THERE’S A LOT WE WEREN’T TAUGHT. Start with the conversation in front of you. These are the areas the planned books and videos will explore.
01 Listening & communication ↗ 02 Pregnancy & partnership ↗ 03 Menstrual cycles ↗ 04 Perimenopause ↗ 05 ADHD & everyday support ↗
SAMPLE LESSON / COMMUNICATION
LISTENING IS AN ACTION VERB. You don’t need the perfect answer to be present. Start by finding out what kind of support is welcome.
A BETTER QUESTION “Would it help to talk, or would a little quiet company be better?”
The next step: ask once, listen to the answer, and follow her lead.
THE APPROACH
LESS “DECODE HER.” MORE ASK HER. She’s a person, not a puzzle. The point is to understand more, assume less, and turn what you learn into everyday care.
01 Learn the basics. Make room for experiences you haven’t had. Curiosity is a good starting qualification.
02 Ask a better question. Every person’s experience is different. A chapter can start a conversation; it can’t speak for your partner.
03 Do one useful thing. Agree on what would help, take responsibility for your part, and check back in.
THE EVERYDAY FIELD GUIDE SHOW UP. LISTEN. LEARN. REPEAT. BOOK SERIES CONCEPT A LITTLE WIT. A LOT OF CARE.
ONE SERIES / A FEW WAYS IN
